Pastor Sylvester Ighedose Ativie is the founder/senior pastor of Agape Deliverance and Healing Ministries International – Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa, with strong Evangelistic mandate and passion to see souls being saved, healed, delivered and restored to the glory of God.
Sylvester was born into a very strong Catholic home, in Uromi Esan North East Local Government Area, Edo State Nigeria . His father was Patrick Ativie and mother, Theresa Odion Ativie.
His mother was the leader of the Uromi St. Anthony’s Catholic Cathedral Christian women Association for more than 20 years.
Sylvester became a mass server when he was only 11 years old at St. Anthony’s Catholic Cathedral Uromi.
His passion was to become a Reverend father, so that he can stand at the Altar one day and speak like his role model, Reverend father Donovan. However God had a different plans for him.In 1995 he received an invitation from his sister, Success Monica Oyailo, to attend Victorious Army Ministries night vigil service in Lagos Nigeria, under the leadership of Apostle Joseph Agboli and Prophetess Blessing Agboli. He accepted the invitation, where he became born again. From that time onward, he never stop seeking the Lord.
